Health economist Tanya Little is skilled at unlocking organizational potential and harnessing talent and technology for growth. Tanya is currently the Chief Commercial Officer for Vitality US. Previously a consultant for McKinsey & Company, Little held strategic leadership roles at Investec, an international specialist bank and asset manager, and prior to joining Vitality was Group Operations Executive at global healthcare organization Life Healthcare, where she initiated a turnaround process for a healthcare solutions business and launched a primary care business from the ground up. Little is a graduate of the University of Cape Town and has a Master of Science from the London School of Economics. Little is a wife and mother of two exuberant girls. Outside of work she spends her time outdoors, engaged in all manner of sports, and is an avid foodie.
