William Molmen

William Molmen’s involvement in employment benefit issues spans 38 years. Bill is co-founder and General Counsel of the Integrated Benefits Institute (IBI), a San Francisco-based, national, nonprofit research and education organization established in 1995. At IBI, Mr. Molmen directs the forum, information and communication functions and is involved in the analysis, writing and presentation of IBI research, measurement and benchmarking results.
