Sue’s 20-year career in health care services includes case and disease management, pharmacy benefit management, medication adherence, remote home monitoring, medical device instrumentation, and health / wellness products and services. She currently leads Optum’s lifestyle coaching, biometric screenings, flu shot services, health promotion, fitness, consumer discount programs and onsite clinic businesses.
